The Zeagle F8 Octopus is lightweight and an extremely high-performance second stage octopus regulator that was built with a free-flow control in the form of a pre-dive/dive switch to prevent accidental air loss on the surface.
The Zeagle F8 was designed for use in any environment including extreme cold water, technical diving, ice cold water, the F8 even comes standard with a heat sink and has and adjustable cracking pressure to make the regulator breath as easy or stiff as you can.
It has been proven that having a pre-dive switch is very beneficial on a traditional octopus style regulator, since the Pre-Dive position is much more resistant to Venturi-Free-flows that can sometimes result in significant air-loss during a dive.
