The Seal harness is fitted with a weight carrying
capacity of 50lb, that would be max 7lb in each of the rear 'Trim, pockets
on the rear, and approx. 18lb in each of the side pockets , will hold both
soft weighs and hard weights.
Compered to its
contemporaries it is lightweight at 1.4kg, however it loses nothing by way of
strength and durability
