Full reActivate course with eLearning, pool session, and replacement PADI certification card. Must have prior PADI certification for this version of the course.

Please note that all course fees are non-refundable.  Students can switch course dates at no charge with a minimum of 7 days notice.  Within 7 days of your course start date the fee to change dates is $150.  No date changes are allowed within 24hrs of your start date.  Students who do not show up for their course without prior notice will have to pay a $150 rescheduling fee.

You MUST have a PADI medical form completed to start your course.  We advise all students to fill this form out and submit it ASAP.  if you have answered "yes" to any questions on the medical form a doctor will need to sign the medical.  If all answers are "no" the student just has to sign the form, no doctor required.
