The Discover Freediving Live online is a great first step into the world of Freedivng. You learn about the courses in a live interactive online presentation that's fun, interesting and challenging.

challenge yourself in a breath hold competition with your instructor and fellow students.

What gear will you use?

All you need is a phone, PC, or tablet with an internet connection. Camera and mic are optional but encouraged.
